"Don’t enjoy at the cost of others"
April 1, 2014. Kheri, UP , India. An Indian short-nosed fruit bat found cuffed and injured on ground. This bat was the victim of kiting thread remains on mulberry tree. In urban area, people enjoy kiting and remains of the thread used, usually noticed here and there on trees. This Bat came to get mulberry fruits and got cuffed. After desperate efforts the thread broke and bat fell down. In the morning one bird watcher saw this and released the bat. The bat flew-away immediately. The question arises that how many urban birds are lucky enough to get help in time.
